This position reports to

Head of Quality & OpEx Management

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a committed and well-organized individual with a passion for integrated management systems to strengthen our team. In this key role, you will actively shape and optimize our central management systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality, environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety standards.

• Legal and permit management: Maintain and administer the database for legal requirements and official permits.
• Integrated management system: Develop and support our management systems (quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety), including advising and training for specialist departments.
• Audits & customer inquiries: Conduct internal audits, support external audits, handle customer inquiries, and maintain the knowledge database.
• Projects & communication: Contribute to projects, documentation, research, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications for the role

• Relevant education and several years of experience in quality and environmental management or other management systems.
• Training and practical experience as an internal auditor.
• Independent and goal-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for standards and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Motivation to drive quality-related topics, with strong assertiveness and persuasive abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

In accordance with legal regulations, the minimum salary for this position is €3,665.31 gross/month, with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
