We are seeking committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a focus on corporate law to support our team in Vienna.

Your Tasks

• Advise on corporate law, including corporate governance and compliance systems.
• Implement corporate reorganizations.
• Assist with succession planning related to corporate structures, trusts, inheritance, and family law.
• Support sustainability transformation efforts, including supply chain laws, sustainability reporting, and business and human rights.
• Implement international and EU environmental, climate, and human rights regulations for companies.

Your Profile

You should have completed your legal studies with above-average results, possess excellent English and German skills, and be an entrepreneurial thinker who values legal creativity. Experience abroad or prior knowledge in this area, such as an LL.M., dissertation, internships, or practical experience, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Note: According to §9 GlBG, there is no collective agreement or legal minimum salary. The proposed minimum gross annual salary (14 installments) is €58,000, with the possibility of additional compensation.
