Job Description:

Do you have passion for data and developing processes?

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning key user, with in-depth knowledge of planning processes and the SAP IBP application.

As part of the Global Data Team, based in our headquarters in Salzburg, you'll support senior line managers in developing new processes and features, translating business and process requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation.

In this strategic role, you'll manage and track projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view, highlighting cross-functional dependencies, and aligning business needs with stakeholders. By driving digital transformation, you'll help optimize our process and system landscape to enhance supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements, ensuring end-to-end integration and structured documentation (Business Scope Statement) for handover to IT.
• Manage and drive projects independently, define work packages, set timelines, track progress, and monitor budgets. Report to senior management as needed.
• Prepare and host project meetings and workshops, contribute to steering meetings with senior management.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, resource overview, and highlight potential bottlenecks.
• Test solutions for quality and integration, document testing efforts, and facilitate training and handover to the data quality team.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, proficient in SAP IBP.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of SAP IBP and process improvement implementation experience.
• Project management experience, system affinity, and holistic view.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English; German beneficial.
• Knowledge of FMCG environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel 0-10%.
