Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service/Parts Co-Ordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all service booking requirements and parts distribution to ensure efficient maintenance and after-sales support for our customers. You will serve as the key link between customers, the service team, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customer vehicles and trailers
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
Prepare precise estimates and communicate costs effectively
Keep open communication with customers throughout the service process
Respond to Customer enquires relating to Service and Parts
Receive, Send, Track, Issue Parts for repairs, builds, Customer Orders and Branch Transfers
Handle OEM warranty returns and replacements
Provide accurate parts identification and availability to technicians and customers
Maintain detailed records of service histories, parts usage, and customer interactions
Provide administrative support including invoicing, quotes, and job cards
Requirements:
Proven experience in service coordination or parts administration
Strong knowledge of mechanical parts and systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient with inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email).
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a technical qualification or trade certification is an advantage
Must be reliable, punctual, have a can-do attitude with high attention to detail & a willingness to learn
Familiarity withpopular caravan and camper brands
A passion for camping and off-road adventure
A current Forklift ticket would be highly regarded
