Base pay range

We have developed an AI phone system that sounds like a human and can handle calls entirely. Our clients use it for customer service, appointment scheduling, and more.

Although we launched just 4 months ago, more than 200 companies are already using our AI. Our growth is rapidly increasing month by month. Now, it's time to build our social media channels properly. We desire authentic, entertaining content that is enjoyable and also supports our sales.

Responsibilities

• Build our social media channels from scratch — TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Develop ideas and produce authentic, entertaining short videos.
• Manage our community and respond to feedback.
• Collaborate with our performance marketing team to create ad content.
• Write blog posts and produce short videos about new features (SEO), which will be a small part of your role.
• Coordinate with creator partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to create engaging, fun content.
• Good eye for camera work and aesthetics.
• Comfortable on camera and willing to represent fonio as our face on social media.
• Fluent in German.
• Ability to configure our AI for various use cases; coding is not required if you can operate ChatGPT well.
• Bonus: Several years of experience, but skills matter most.

Benefits

• Salary between 45,000–66,000 € depending on experience.
• Work hours: 20 to 40 hours per week (full-time preferred).
