The Bradfield Development Authority has a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help build Australia’s newest city from the ground up.

As the Executive Director Investment, Industry and Partnerships, you’ll take on a pivotal leadership role in one of Australia’s most ambitious and transformative projects: the creation of the Bradfield City Centre at the heart of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis into a world-class destination for innovation, industry, and global investment.

This is a purpose-driven role where you can influence long-term economic and social outcomes. You will lead investment attraction strategies, secure major tenancies, and deliver commercially sound transactions that form the foundation of Bradfield’s future. Most importantly, you’ll contribute to a bold vision - one that creates lasting opportunity, prosperity, and sustainable growth for Western Sydney and beyond.

About the role

In this high-impact role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Attract major national and international investment into one of Australia’s most significant urban development projects.
• Lead strategic partnerships that deliver value, purpose, and positive outcomes for the Western Sydney region.
• Secure anchor tenancies and deliver complex commercial deals that shape the future of Bradfield.
• Champion industry engagement and collaboration across public and private sectors to realise a thriving innovation precinct.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will be an inspirational and trusted leader who will bring:

• A strong track record in investment attraction and commercial negotiation
• Deep experience in institutional business development across government and industry
• Expertise in managing commercial transactions in complex urban development or infrastructure contexts
• The ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders at the highest levels
