Asphalt Project Manager

About the role

BA Road Services Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Asphalt Project Manager to join our team in Melton, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Developing and managing project plans, budgets and schedules

Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, risk management and quality control

Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Identifying and resolving issues or challenges that arise during project implementation

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+years) as an Asphalt Project Manager or in a similar construction project management role

Strong technical knowledge of asphalt and road construction methods, materials and equipment

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
