A key prerequisite for Porsche's success is efficient, goal- and result-oriented financial planning and management of the company, its organizational units, and processes. The Product Controlling department is responsible for all financial and business management issues in model series projects throughout their entire life cycle, from project initiation or feasibility studies through SOP to series discontinuation.

During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us with the following projects and activities, for example:

1. Preparation of profitability analyses for projects and individual measures in project controlling
2. Product calculations for vehicles in the development process
3. Cost engineering in projects
4. Knowledge management in development
5. Further development of controlling instruments
6. Target/actual deviation analyses, results reports, and decision templates in development controlling
7. Preparation and follow-up of decision templates for internal and group-wide management committees
