Job Description:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the further development of the BWT Group's ESG strategy.
• Serve as the interface for cooperation with other departments within the BWT Group and external partners.
• Prepare regular internal reports according to ESG reporting standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments related to ESG.
• Support the implementation of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and group-wide ESG activities.

Ihr Profil

• Completed education in sustainability or environmental management, or relevant experience in sustainability (requirements, standards, guidelines, etc.), ideally in an international industrial company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of non-financial reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ESRS).
• Precise, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with sustainability reporting software is an advantage.
