Job Description
- Executive Support & Reporting
- Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and strategic briefings for global Supply Chain Managers and the executive board.
- Track key supply chain KPIs and operational metrics; consolidate input from business units for decision-making.
- Monitor stock levels of finished goods across locations, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Coordinate reviews, support planning cycles, and global leadership meetings.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage collaboration between SCM team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across regions and departments with clarity and diplomacy.
- Collaborate to align business strategies and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Project & Initiative Coordination
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives in procurement, logistics, digital transformation, and sustainability.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, manage timelines, and documentation.
- Confidentiality & Executive Presence
- Handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Represent the Supply Chain Management Team professionally.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in analysis, reporting, and data transformation for executive decisions.
- Experience in supply chain management in an international or industrial environment.
- ERP (e.g., SAP) and BI tools proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
