Join our dynamic team at Red Bull HQ as a Junior Operations Controller!
In this position, you support the headquarters controlling team with month-end closing, year-end closing, and planning periods. Moreover, you act as a contact person for system-related questions for the main business partners such as the procurement and production departments. You will also be responsible for processing cost accounting for all products worldwide to support the growth of the department and the group's overall processes and complexity.
Responsibilities
- Daily Business: Calculate costs for all finished goods for the global Red Bull world (including semi-finished goods). Forecast costs of goods for new product requests from all countries. Support the operations department regarding different processes in SAP and drive optimization. Create Ad-Hoc analysis.
- Planning: Perform all planning cycles (BP, FRE, SRE, LE) for all RBS cost centers. Ensure correct data input in SAP and Oracle HFM. Plan HQ costs for all products, including VISIT.
- Month-End Closing: Perform and coordinate various checks to ensure correct month-end closing with business partners. Conduct production checks and ensure correct inventory levels. Create management reports and perform analysis such as cost variances.
- Year-End Closing: Coordinate timelines with responsible operations departments. Perform year-end revaluation for all materials and support inventory valuation.
- Projects: Support OPS Controlling Team with projects to enhance organizational efficiency, including strategic projects like Copacker Management, Smart Data, Availability Management, and Source-to-Contract.
- Training and Documentation: Update relevant training materials and documentation. Support the operations department with necessary training and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in cost-unit accounting is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of English; German is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, MM/PP, SD), SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum.
