About the role:
Seeking a Team Leader Maintenance Program Delivery to lead the development of the annual works plan by producing a deliverable program that supports efficient delivery of maintenance in the short term, while enabling a move to proactive maintenance maturity through improvement in maintenance planning, optimisation, and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about optimisation, teamwork, and leading annual planning across maintenance and minor capital works programs. You will lead the annual budget development, control, forecasting and reporting for contracted inspection and maintenance programs.
About you:

- Proven experience in the development of optimised annual maintenance program and annual maintenance budget.
- Experience in managing supplier contracts and ensuring contracts are efficiently run and provide value to Unitywater.
- Demonstrable competence in leadership, coaching, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary technical team.
- A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer and safety focus.
- Demonstrated experience or ability to learn in utilising computerised maintenance management systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Ellipse) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) to manage and develop maintenance program forecasts.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or Engineering discipline, or a trade qualification coupled with significant applied experience in maintenance program management across a wide geographical region.
- A current C Class Driver’s Licence.
