Your Responsibilities

  • Academic support within the Elementar+ research project
  • Contribution to the scientific design and development of commissioned work and projects in the fields of early childhood education and adult education
  • Research and analytical tasks within the project context
  • (Optional) Contribution to publications in academic journals (encouraged but not required)
  • Independent academic work within project- and contract-based assignments
  • Support and/or facilitation of activities in adult education (desirable)
  • Support and/or implementation of external evaluations using the GrazIAS Basis 0–6 instrument (willingness to travel required) (desirable)

Your Profile

  • Completed Master's degree (or equivalent: Diplom/Magister) in Education, Educational Sciences, Social Sciences, General (Social) Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of early childhood education research
  • Familiarity with early childhood education practice
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience in adult education (preferred)
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Understanding of structures and processes in third-party funded research projects
  • Familiarity with the development of asynchronous and synchronous teaching and learning materials in adult education (preferred)
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
