YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage internal and external teams of development engineers and scientists, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans aligned with business needs, stakeholder expectations, and portfolio management.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital self-service solutions, aligning with the customer services strategy.
Serve as the primary contact for business and process owners in the Customer Service domain, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Harmonize existing digital activities, tools, and processes while coordinating digital innovation activities and service solutions across teams.
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on Informatics/Telematics or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in digital services or customer services projects.
Knowledge of software development coding and methods, as well as Digital Services.
Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure Cloud Services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
