Team Leader - Customer Service

Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join an established organisation in the energy sector. In this role, you'll lead the New Connections team, supporting residential, commercial, and industrial customers with natural gas availability and connection requests.

Job Details:

• Start Date: The role will commence when the right person is found.
• Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
• Availability: Monday - Friday
• Contract: 6 Month Contract - Opportunity to Extend

About You:

• Call center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of unions and how they operate in a workplace setting (desirable)

Role Requirements:

• Lead the daily operations of the team
• Provide training and support
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
• Help improve processes and service delivery
