As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with German and English, you will:

• Review user-generated content, including sensitive or potentially disturbing material, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Take prompt action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure proper implementation.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.

We're looking for someone with:

• High attention to detail
• Comfortable processing sensitive information
• Ability to defend decisions with logical reasoning
• Ability to identify behavioral patterns
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is a plus

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in German
• B2 or higher English language skills
