About you

You are a guest champion with a keen eye for detail and reliability. Always polished and professional, you bring charisma to the team, effectively communicating and connecting with others to create a positive, collaborative environment that ensures smooth operations.

You hold an Australian Full driver's license or probationary license (P2) and have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.

What you will be doing:

• Providing efficient guest registration and departure services; maintaining accurate guest accounts and offering helpful information.
• Handling all incoming calls professionally and politely, striving for Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.

Our Hotel

The Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel celebrating its first anniversary on 1 July 2025!

The Novotel Melbourne Airport has 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport has 216 rooms. It is located just steps from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests can enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space, and various food & beverage venues: Boccata, Small Holdings, and Amber State, forming the hub of the mixed-use precinct.

This village centre supports the airport community as a gathering and socialising space for travelers and workers from the airport precinct.
