Responsibilities

• Join our team and support our clients with partnership-based, practice-oriented consulting in implementation projects within the accounting field. You will handle diverse and engaging tasks:
• Consulting on end-to-end process optimisation, including automation and robotic process automation, for clients in banking and finance sectors.
• Managing data and processes efficiently to ensure sustainable compliance with regulatory requirements in finance.
• Analyzing and modeling processes to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Establishing and developing process management frameworks, including KPIs and governance, for effective and sustainable business process control.
• Serving as a contact person for clients and actively contributing to the development of our services through internal and on-the-job business development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, combined with initiative, resilience, and flexibility, suited for our dynamic environment. Additionally, you possess:
• A degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering focusing on banking/finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in accounting, data management, or IT architecture, preferably in banking, consulting, or auditing firms.
• Experience in process management or process modeling is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills.
• Professional appearance, eagerness to learn, team spirit, and service orientation.
• Initial experience with SAP (BA), S4/HANA is preferred.
• Business fluency in German and English, with a high willingness to travel.

Additional skills: Java, AWS, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
