Product Marketing Manager High Voltage MOSFETs (f/m/div), Villach

Infineon Technologies is seeking a motivated and driven product manager for power switches. If you can combine business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking and want to manage market-leading products based on main power semiconductor technologies, this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Drive, define, and ensure execution of the product roadmap
  2. Act as project owner of R&D projects and coordinate marketing efforts and deliverables (business case development, requirements gathering, etc.) during development milestones
  3. Lead a strategic area of the business, developing cross-functional and cross-divisional relations, collaborating with technical marketing, R&D, quality, operations, and worldwide sales
  4. Manage and develop a business strategy for the product portfolio, including value proposition building, customer opportunities, positioning, and initial pricing
  5. Analyze the market to understand the business environment and conduct competitor analyses
  6. Engage and build strategic relationships with key and channel customers
  7. Develop sales collateral and training, orchestrate product launches, and evangelize product families internally and externally
  8. Report routinely to top management regarding business status and development efforts
  9. Represent the Product Line to internal and external partners worldwide

The ideal candidate will have a mix of marketing, business, and technical knowledge, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial drive, and interpersonal abilities. You should enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams with multicultural backgrounds.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in electrical/electronic engineering, microelectronics, or economics; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in application engineering with emphasis on product roadmap, development, and business growth
  • Experience in semiconductor or electrical system manufacturing (industrial or automotive); experience with circuit breakers, relays, or SSR is a plus
  • Proven track record in dynamic markets, from idea to revenue
  • Understanding of targeted markets/applications, especially power distribution and industrial automation
  • International relationship skills, partner/customer orientation, and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of power semiconductor market and technologies, especially SiC (silicon carbide), is advantageous
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
