The Role:
To support Rauland's ongoing and sustainable growth, we are seeking a proactive and innovative Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role focuses on driving performance, leadership, and development outcomes as the
Performance & Capability Business Partner.
Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, you will develop all aspects of Performance and Capability by working closely with leaders to identify needs and develop frameworks that build a future-ready workforce, empower high-performing teams, and enable cultural transformation.
You will bring a strategic and commercial perspective, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences that support business success.

How would you contribute to our success?As our Capability & Performance Business Partner, you will:
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs and capability initiatives.
- Coach and enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged, and future-ready teams.
- Define and track key performance metrics for development and optimization.
- Embed talent and capability frameworks supporting growth and cultural change.
- Lead cross-functional people projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Engage stakeholders to drive initiatives meeting business needs.
- Champion performance and learning platforms to maximize value.
- Support a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for | What will make your application stand out?- Experience in workforce capability development, performance enablement, and leadership coaching.
- Strong project management skills from concept to evaluation.
- Experience with performance and learning platforms, data tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders collaboratively.
- Commercial mindset, tech-savvy, and passionate about continuous improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development, HR, or related fields.
- Accreditation in tools like DiSC, HOGAN, or other profiling tools (highly regarded).
