What You Can Expect

The Distribution Channel Account Manager enhances sales revenue by building relationships with distributors. They collaborate with distributors and partners on lead generation plans, training, and deals progression. They drive business growth through distributor/channel programs and align with objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Location and Responsibilities

You will be based in Poland and responsible for owning the distribution relationships in Eastern Europe.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing distribution partnerships, preferably in Unified Communications/Cloud/Telephony.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with SaaS Resellers in Eastern Europe.
  • Deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem in Europe.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English, Polish, and ideally another regional language.
