Hammerhand:

Skills, experience & abilities:

• Assisting Tradespeople:Experience and ability to work under the direction of carpenters, builders, and other tradespeople, providing support with their tasks.
• Site Preparation:Arise to the challenge of being involved in tasks like site excavation, clearing debris, and preparing the work area.
• Material Handling:Abilityto assist in moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
• Framing and Formwork:Able to assist with building the framework of structures and setting up forms for concrete pours.
• Concreting:Open tohelp with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• General Construction Tasks:This includes a variety of tasks depending on the specific project and needs of the site.

Skill, experience & abilities:

• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:Understanding technical drawings to fabricate metal components accurately.
• Welding:Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) to join metal parts.
• Fabrication:Shaping, cutting, and bending metal using tools and machines.
• Assembly:Assembling fabricated components into larger structures.
• Problem Solving:Troubleshooting issues during fabrication or welding processes.
• Quality Control:Ensuring welds and finished products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
