Job Description:

The Solutions Consultant is a key role that involves providing technical leadership and expertise to help customers understand and transform their security architectures. This role focuses on defining technical solutions, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring customers realize value from their investments in Palo Alto Networks' security solutions.

Your Impact

As a Solutions Consultant, you will:

• Build and implement strategic technical account plans to meet sales quotas
• Design high-level solutions across Palo Alto Networks' portfolio based on customer needs
• Conduct discovery to understand customer requirements
• Collaborate with professional services and other teams to ensure successful implementation
• Deliver technical presentations and demos to influence customer decisions
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins
• Coordinate resources to support cohesive strategies
• Promote solutions that include professional services for faster value realization
• Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate our offerings
• Invest in personal technical and professional development
• Identify and build relationships with technical stakeholders to drive security architecture transformation

Your Experience

• Knowledge of data networking, application design, and cloud architectures
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that address technical challenges
• Ability to influence stakeholders; prior presales experience is a plus
• Skills in delivering technical presentations and workshops
• Experience with Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC technologies
• Partnering with support teams for successful solution deployment
• Experience with complex, multi-product sales processes
• Proficiency in German and English
