Senior Investment Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Investment Manager to join our professional, fun, and passionate team. You’ll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with full admin support, enabling you to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, deliver excellent outcomes, and enjoy your work every day.

You’ll be supported by a full-time Virtual Assistant and a Business Development Manager/Leasing Consultant, ensuring you have the resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a clean residential portfolio with support from leasing/admin
2. Deliver expert service and advice to landlords and tenants
3. Handle all high-level day-to-day property management tasks
4. Ensure full legislative compliance and property standards are maintained
5. Supervise and mentor your team to ensure peak performance and high service standards
6. Contribute to a positive team culture that works together, has fun, and celebrates success

What you’ll bring:

1. Drivers license and own vehicle
2. Minimum 5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
3. Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic environment
4. Confidence to work autonomously while being a team player
5. Customer-centric and solutions-focused mindset
6. A passion for property, people, and professional growth
7. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
8. Excellent knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation and tribunal procedures
9. High level of organization and ability to manage competing priorities
10. Experience with property management software systems (e.g., PropertyMe, IRE, Ignite, TICA)
11. A growth mindset and openness to coaching
