Your role in the team

• Join us in shaping the future of agile working in our organization and transform our department through the application of agile principles.
• Increase the value and visibility of agile working methods: You act as an ambassador for agile principles.
• Scrum Master for two development teams: You ensure the effective implementation of Scrum practices.
• Promote self-organization and personal responsibility: You improve teamwork and performance within teams.
• Facilitation of Program Increment (PI) planning sessions: You will facilitate established PI planning sessions to ensure smooth alignment between six teams and the stakeholders involved.
• Removing obstacles: You help teams improve efficiency and workflows by identifying and removing obstacles.
• Support remote work: You work with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentality and focus on achieving results.
• You have a deep understanding of agile principles and methods.
• You have a good sense of the interpersonal dynamics within teams and can influence them positively.
• You have the ability to support teams in regularly reflecting on their processes and making adjustments to increase effectiveness.
• You can empathize with team members' perspectives to create a culture of trust and openness.
• You recognize the value that SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) brings to large companies like ours.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English.

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a comparable role.
