Depo / Production Manager (m/w)

What you will do:

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities at the automated depo 24/7 (from people management, process optimization to customer satisfaction)
• Ensuring positive economical results
• Assure efficiency, reaching productivity targets,driving continuous improvement
• Maintains strong customer relationships and ensuring his satisfaction
• People management (multiple nationalities)
• Support business continuity and service quality

What you should have:

• Proven experience min 5 years’ in leadership position in manufacturing operations
• Strong decision-making, communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes
• Proficiency in English, at least communicative German + any Czech/Slovak is advantage
