Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with energy storage battery distributors, strategic accounts, and partners.
- Provide support, training, and consulting to distributors, retailers, and installers.
- Represent BYD at industry events and forums.
- Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly to management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of sales or customer account management experience in the new energy and power systems industry.
- Minimum 3 years of project sales experience, especially with international bidding projects; grid-side energy storage experience is preferred.
- Strong technical discussion and commercial negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of energy storage technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Hungarian is required.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Team player and resourceful.
- Willing and able to travel frequently, including internationally.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
