Your Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Supply & Distribution Manager. This is a hands-on, full-time role based in our Welshpool office. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is an essential requirement for the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating inventory data and entering it accurately into our ERP system (Triumph).
• Reviewing inventory stock levels and forecasting orders based on sales and promotional data.
• Creating, entering, and managing purchase orders.
• Liaising with overseas suppliers, mainly in China, to resolve issues, negotiate prices, and packaging changes.
• Coordinating international shipping, obtaining quotations, and comparing shipping options for containers and air freight.
• Monitoring container movements daily and troubleshooting shipping issues.
• Calculating and reporting on landed costs.
• Assisting in the warehouse with order picking during busy times.
• Locating stock within the warehouse.
• Setting up inventory with 3PL logistics providers.
• Handling various administrative tasks.
• Fostering trusting relationships with trade partners.

Key Skills, Competencies & Attributes

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a supply chain industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Knowledge of Triumph ERP system is an advantage.
• Experience with inventory management systems, barcoding, and hand-held scanners.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' approach.
