The Role
We are excited to offer a permanent, full-time Centre Manager position to an experienced and passionate leader. This role involves managing a high-quality early learning centre with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, including exemplary written and verbal communication. You will build warm, caring relationships with children and families.
Skills & Experience
- A current Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Full Australian work rights
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Experience managing a centre through A&R is highly desirable
- At least 2 years' previous experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYLF
- Understanding of NQF, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations
- Excellent personal presentation
