As a Functional Consultant, you will manage ERP implementation projects, contribute to solution design, and oversee junior consultants. This role offers scope for growth into senior leadership.

Key Outcomes of the Role

• Deliver ERP projects on schedule and to quality standards
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to solution design
• Support multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Review smaller projects and assist junior staff with complex issues
• Manage support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Set up and implement Business Central/Nav/Wiise configurations

About You

You will bring:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies and business processes
• Experience in customer-facing consulting roles
• Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and design solutions
• A passion for mentoring junior staff
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
