ANDRITZ is seeking a Global Service Operation Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Digital & Technical Service to support the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels, and Power-2X Division in further establishing the service business.

In your role, you are

  1. Developing, implementing, and executing the service strategy for Green Hydrogen alongside the Power2X offering to achieve revenue and sustainable growth.
  2. Implementing the agreement management concept.
  3. Aligning concepts with our technology and modular engineering offerings.
  4. Shaping the global service organization leveraging existing manufacturing and service setups.
  5. Streamlining processes for technical services, including warranty services.
  6. Implementing digital solutions for Green Hydrogen Performance Centers.

Your Tasks

  • Manage customer service, addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds commitments on Long Term Service Agreements.
  • Manage after-sales services to ensure timely, quality service delivery.
  • Enhance service delivery and operational efficiency through process improvements.
  • Oversee the Remote Operation Center according to ANDRITZ standards.
  • Lead the development and digitalization of the remote services strategy.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote services personnel, implementing industry best practices.
  • Monitor and improve service performance using KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Resolve operational, manufacturing, and service issues to reduce costs and delays.
  • Regularly review operational results to meet business objectives.

In your personal skill set, you have

  • A technical degree/education in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams, preferably in service roles.
  • Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills internally and externally.
  • Proven problem-solving and operational management experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.

In Austria, the legally mandated gross monthly salary for this position is €4,269.07. We offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and experience.
