Bushells Building And Maintenance Pty Ltd is a family-owned Building and Maintenance Company operating in the Commercial, Retail, and Residential sectors. We emphasize workplace culture and relationships, which has contributed to our growth since 2015.

We are seeking a Building and Maintenance Manager to join our team to assist with client opportunities, quoting, and supervising insurance repair works, aged care projects, and commercial building and maintenance works.

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to ensure quality outcomes are delivered consistently.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of various building methodologies
• Good IT skills

Responsibilities:

• Onsite scoping and estimating of works
• Day-to-day management of awarded works
• Focus on completing all works safely
• Tradesperson and subcontractor coordination
• Meeting KPIs

Requirements:

• High attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain high health and safety standards
• Current valid Driver’s License and Construction White Card
