Location: Vienna, Austria

Tasks

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development in Vienna on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.

  • Lead high-impact projects across new product launches, market expansion, operations, and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze sales performance and identify levers for growth across marketplaces and retail locations
  • Improve internal processes and drive automation where possible
  • Prepare analyses, forecasts, and business cases to support key decisions
  • Own project execution from strategy to implementation, with full accountability for results
  • Grow into a leadership role and establish your own team

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
  • Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (min. C1) – both written and spoken
