About the Role: Support our team as an expert in software development for Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions at international airports. Be part of this challenge and work on tasks including architectural design, technical guidance, customer collaboration, solution delivery, system integration, process optimization, and applying emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs aligning with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement system integrations for seamless interoperability.
• Assess and optimize organizational processes to increase efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in system engineering and project management, especially in safety-critical software delivery.
• Proven success in leading large-scale or development projects.
• Strong knowledge of air traffic control systems and airport operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4.485,00 gross per month (14 payments/year). An attractive overpayment is possible depending on experience and profile.
