Exciting fully remote opportunity for German-speaking ServiceNow Solutions Consultants in Germany!

As an Elite strategic partner of ServiceNow in Europe, the company implements cutting-edge ITIL solutions for medium and large organizations.

A leading Global IT services and consulting company.

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Solution Consultants to deliver ServiceNow solutions across the DACH region. This role combines both business expertise and technical skills, playing a key part in our solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution implementation projects.
• Design, review, and ensure data quality in solution architecture.
• Manage communication with external client teams during and after the sales process.
• Lead RFP responses and provide technology content.
• Audit client implementations and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT or customer support roles.
• 1-3 years of experience as a technical consultant or business analyst with ServiceNow implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies.
• Experience in aligning business processes with ITIL best practices.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
