Profitability Systems Project Manager

About

The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for developing innovative system solutions that provide valuable business insights about our customers and profitability across RedBull organizations worldwide.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven track record in stakeholder management and strong communication skills. An understanding of complex technical solutions, technical affinity, and experience with system implementation are essential.
2. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Product Management, IT, or Sales.
3. University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT.
4. Strong IT skills; familiarity with ERP systems or integrated business analytics tools (such as SAP CRM, ERP modules (SD, FI, COPA, CCM), S4/HANA, SAC, BI, Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce) is advantageous.
5. Experience in the FMCG industry or with a focus on sales controlling or revenue management is a plus.
6. Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and develop solutions.
7. Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about learning.

Travel requirement: 0-10%
