Legal Advisor

Your main roles and responsibilities

• Provide advice and support in all legal matters, especially in corporate, commercial and contract law as well as in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and manage international contracts with and between our subsidiaries worldwide.
• You are responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing various contracts in the Austrian companies.
• You keep an eye on legal changes and support the company in their implementation.

You are just right for this role if

• you are completing / have completed legal training specialising in business law.
• ideally you have already gained some work experience in the legal department of a company or in a law firm.
• you have a good command of written and spoken English.
• team spirit and reliability are just as important to you as they are to us.
• a structured, independent and discreet way of working is exactly what you are looking for.
• you enjoy interacting with colleagues from all areas of the company and appreciate a varied field of activity.
• you enjoy further training and would like to take on responsibility after comprehensive training.
