Job Description

The Commercial Account Executive will generate new business sales revenue from software licenses within customers in Hungary with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. This involves territory planning, researching prospects, deploying business development strategies, and executing field-based sales activities within an assigned territory.

What You Get To Do In This Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in the territory with a target prospect list and regional sales plan.
  • Partner with marketing to initiate plans that increase growth.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and additional revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer businesses and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
  • 3+ years in a Commercial Account Executive or similar role within the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with virtual specialists.
  • Executive-level relationship management skills.
  • Strong CRM skills and transparency in sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%, up to 30% in some cases.
  • Native Hungarian speaker.
