This job is about…

You will work in a cross-functional team with experts in various domains to build the next generation solutions for our customers.

It is your responsibility to empower your team's engineers to consistently deliver top-notch products and uphold their commitments. Similarly, you will support the product owner to focus on features that address our users' needs. Your active involvement will contribute to upholding the company's agile values, ensuring that teams thrive in an environment that provides optimal conditions for high-performance teams.

Continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and short feedback cycles give you the possibility to constantly improve your skills.

Your daily business…

• Use and adapt the agile framework to achieve the team’s goals
• Support and coach your team as a servant leader
• Make sure the team has meaningful meetings (e.g. dailies, reviews, plannings)
• Care that impediments get removed
• Your team organizes itself effectively and assumes accountability for the outcomes
• Apply your social intelligence to resolve conflict
• Be a passionate advocate for an agile mindset
• Coaching skills and a solid understanding of agile frameworks are a must
• Experience as a Scrum Master for Software Development Teams is preferred
• You are able to identify and understand your team’s requirements and adopt the framework
• An agile certification (CSM, PSM, A-CSM, ASM) is a plus
• Good communication skills – verbal & written, German & English required at C1 level
• Experience with tools that support agile collaboration is expected
• Creativity and interest in contributing to products and ideas in our innovation center

Based on the Austrian Collective Agreement, we offer an annual salary of min. EUR 57.000,- (fulltime) for this position. Depending on your qualification and experience, our willingness to overpay is a matter of course.
