UX/UI Designer (*human*)

sproof is a European SaaS solution for digital signatures used by international enterprise companies. We are growing rapidly and building a product that sets new standards in terms of security, usability, and compliance - as a true European alternative to the big US providers.

As a UX/UI Designer, your focus will be on designing digital user experiences and clear, target group-oriented communication. You will be firmly integrated into our product team and work closely with Development, Marketing, and Support. In addition to the UX/UI design of our software interfaces, you will also be responsible for the documentation in our sproof Handbook and in the Academy - actively shaping how our customers experience and understand the platform.

Responsibilities:

Designing user interfaces & experiences: You conceive and design digital user interfaces - always with a focus on a coherent, intuitive user experience.

Documentation & Academy content: You create and maintain manuals and content for our internal Academy so that our users can get off to the best possible start.

Product mailings: You design appealing product communication via email - informative, user-friendly, and on-brand.

Product testing & accessibility: You test processes and check the accessibility of our designs so that everything works smoothly - for everyone.

Requirements:

• Confident handling of Figma - this is a prerequisite for us
• Ability to communicate complex content in a simple and target group-oriented way - internally and externally
• Several years of practical experience in UX/UI design, especially in the design of software interfaces
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Structured and analytical way of working with good technical understanding
• Good sense of aesthetics and user-centered design
• High motivation to document product knowledge clearly and comprehensibly

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3,077 gross/month. Depending on qualifications and experience, a significant overpayment is of course possible.
