As they continue to expand and adapt, they are seeking an agile, commercially minded CFO to join their executive leadership team.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategy, and compliance across the business. You'll play a critical role in shaping the company's commercial direction and performance, while ensuring financial rigour in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

What You Will Do

Lead the finance function including FP&A, reporting, compliance, and risk

Provide strategic guidance to drive commercial growth and improve margins

Partner with operational and merchandise teams to support business agility

Deliver timely reporting and insights to enable confident, data-driven decisions

Oversee financial controls, audit, and regulatory compliance

What You Will Bring

Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a retail environment

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to act quickly and decisively

Experience leading change and transformation in a multi-site or omni-channel retail setting

Outstanding communication and leadership capability
