Full-Stack AI Developer (m/f/x)

Place of employment: Homeoffice, 1020 Wien

Responsibilities

• Help companies on their AI journey as a Full-Stack AI Developer.
• Implement and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI) to support AI tools and RAG systems.
• Manage databases (PostgreSQL) for efficient data storage and processing.
• Develop solutions for extracting content from documents like PDFs and MS Office formats.
• Deploy applications using Docker containers.
• Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure quality of search and LLM results.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate and deploy AI solutions and machine learning models.
• Support troubleshooting during development and integration of AI tools.
• Optional: Assist with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Optional: Train models based on sample data.

Requirements

We value continuous development and a strong interest in new technologies.

Must:

• Experience in backend development with Python, especially FastAPI.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Ability to create and optimize Docker containers.
• Experience with extracting content from documents.
• Experience with automated and manual testing.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Optional:

• Experience with RAG systems or LLMs.
• Frontend development skills, e.g., Angular.
• Knowledge of NGINX configuration.
• Experience with open-source and cloud AI models (e.g., OpenAI, LLAMA).
• Good German skills.
