Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate to ensure standardised, clear, and informative product content. Responsibilities include monitoring and checking orders, product samples, and manufacturer data; preparing product data (images, texts, videos) according to content guidelines; writing SEO-optimised product descriptions; maintaining and optimising existing product content; conducting quality assurance with regard to legal conditions; briefing external service providers; and interfacing with vendor, brand, and shop management teams.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications
• First professional experience in content management or similar activities is desirable
• Organisational talent and attention to detail
• Experience in an editorial environment, especially editing product information, is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (corporate language English)
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and understanding of IT systems
• Experience with content management systems is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of image processing and visual marketing (image quality, adherence to corporate identity) is desirable
• Interest in the Internet, e-commerce, and pet products
• Occasional willingness to travel

Salary:

The gross annual salary starts from €35,000 for a 38.5-hour workweek (IT collective agreement). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
