At ALDI SÜD's International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints.

  • As a Manager for Brands & Campaigns you lead and manage branding and campaign as well as creative hub initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • You’ll provide insights and recommendations on brand positioning, creative direction, and campaign effectiveness.
  • In your role you represent Brands & Campaigns in cross-functional discussions, ensuring alignment with creative vision, digital and business strategies.
  • You’ll prepare and present reports, insights and campaign performance evaluations to (senior) stakeholders.
  • In addition, you oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • You’ll design an international creative hub function to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times and ensure consistent application of global brand guidelines.
  • As a Manager for Brands & Campaigns you ensure alignment between creative vision, brand guidelines, and business goals, guiding teams to maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence.
  • Your responsibilities include leading the execution of strategic brand campaigns, ensuring impactful storytelling and customer engagement.
  • You’ll manage relationships with agencies, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to drive branding excellence.
  • In your role you monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitive positioning, using insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Another task that awaits you is acting as the key point of contact for brand governance, ensuring adherence to global and regional brand guidelines.
  • You support in the integration of cutting-edge tools and technologies into brand and campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • As a Manager for Brands & Campaigns you manage global sponsorship and brand partnership to take advantage of global scale.

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • A degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication or a related field.
  • Several years of experience with brand management, marketing or campaign development in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record in developing and maintaining brand identity across multiple markets.
  • A strong understanding of brand strategy, creative processes and marketing execution.
  • Ability to align creative vision with business objectives, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in working cross functional with creative, marketing and business teams.
  • Experience in leading brand campaigns, managing agencies and overseeing brand governance.
  • Experience in performance measurement and optimisation.
  • Analytical and structured thinking as your core competency.
  • Fluency in the English language, additional languages are a plus.

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
