This position is part of the engineering development team within the Project Management Office (PMO) & Engineering Operations Department. It requires high cross-functional interaction across various business units. The department focuses on project & program management, as well as controlling.
Your Responsibilities:
Support engineering projects from conceptualization to completion, including project budget and timeline estimation.
Assist in project execution by supporting cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Facilitate regular meetings, document minutes, track open actions, and escalate deviations to leadership.
Create and update reports, dashboards, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Update project statuses, prepare dashboards, and develop presentations.
Contribute to the improvement and development of reports, dashboards, and tools, including the development of intranet solutions using O365 and SharePoint.
Your Profile:
Studying in a technical or economic field is preferred.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential.
Interest in big data analysis, business intelligence, ERP systems, and project management tools.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or similar, and experience with O365 and SharePoint.
Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
Available for an internship of 6 months with the possibility of extension for another 6 months.
Must possess a valid work permit for Austria. Non-EU citizens should attach the work permit with their application.
The base salary is at least EUR 2,645.68 gross per month, according to the Austrian collective agreement, paid in 14 installments.
