Senior Sales & Office Administrator – Maternity Leave Contract

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Sales and Office Administrator to join our award-winning team on an 18-month maternity leave contract (with the possibility to extend).

As a cornerstone of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our sales team is fully supported, and our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and has a strong background in real estate administration.

Location: Rose Park
Contract Length: Approx. 18 months (Maternity Leave) with the possibility to extend
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekend work required)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Administration Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to sales agents including document preparation, scheduling, contract management, and compliance checks.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of junior administrators, ensuring operational efficiency and professional growth.
  3. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to maintain a productive, organised, and professional environment.

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar sales administrative role within a real estate agency, with in-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, sales documentation, and industry compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AgentBox, and other real estate management software is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, time management, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Advantageous: Experience in assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing in Xero is desirable.
