Responsibilities

• Conduct mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets
• Observe and evaluate customer experiences on-site

• Collaborate closely with the team to discuss insights and improvement potentials

Qualifications

• At least 20 years old
• Driver's license
• Interest in market research and mystery shopping
• Good communication skills and keen observation abilities
• Reliability and accuracy in task execution
• Basic computer skills
