Job Description:

UNITY Austria GmbH is seeking a Consultant for Digital Services & IT-Transformation (Senior Level) in Salzburg. This role involves guiding clients through end-to-end process, organizational, and technological transformations, designing IT architecture, and implementing these changes collaboratively with clients.

What you will do:

• Lead complex projects in ERP, E2E, and/or MES implementation and optimization.
• Structure, plan, and control projects across all phases of system realization.
• Analyze and optimize business processes regarding digitalization, automation, and integration.
• Identify opportunities for applying new technologies to meet current and future requirements.
• At senior level, steer transformation projects, coordinate, and coach clients.

What you bring:

• Willingness, ambition, and experience in handling complex tasks in ERP implementation, IT project management, and future IT.
• Several years of practical experience managing complex IT projects in industry or consulting.
• Strong skills in analyzing, describing, and optimizing business processes.
• Expertise in project management (classical/agile) for system implementation.
• Degree in (business) informatics, production engineering, or related fields.
• Analytical skills, creativity, and a strong drive for implementation.
• Enjoy thinking ahead, working on projects with people, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Nice-to-have:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or prominent MES systems.

Note: The statutory minimum monthly salary is €3,370.03 gross (full-time). Higher pay is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
