Project Manager (m/f/d) Clean Air Technologies, Grambach

This position is with ANDRITZ in Grambach, Austria, within the Clean Air Technologies division. The role involves managing international large-scale plant engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation, including cost, scheduling, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate project planning and control with the project team and commercial managers.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle negotiations.
• Define guidelines, monitor claims and risks, and report progress.
• Lead and motivate the project team, coordinate procurement, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Manage interfaces and responsibilities across disciplines, document lessons learned, and facilitate project handover.

Profile

• Technical education in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (HTL, TU/FH).
• Several years of project management experience in international plant engineering.
• Experience with claims, contracts, and scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Resilient, responsible, independent, and meticulous.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and willing to travel.
