Junior HR Generalist - Leased Labor - Vienna (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Support COE modules with professional HR policy, process, IT and template (e.g., budget management, recruitment and allocation, performance management, people-job appointment, C Q, talent development, HQ project subsidy support, etc.);
- Support daily communication with HQ contact person;
- Support platform HRBP topics and team operations;
- Follow up and archive visa progress of expatriates and respond to staff inquiries;
- Maintain the expatriates’ guidebook, support the expatriates’ onboarding and offboarding process, and administrate the onboarding experience of expatriates, ensuring a positive start in Austria;
- Support non-employee management;
- Cooperate with the HR team to support HR team operations.
Your areas of expertise
- Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree, e.g., in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or another related field;
- Work experience in HR; experience in a high-end research environment is advantageous.
- International working experience across different functions and/or countries;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture, and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company;
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), fluent in English; German is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of German labour law or visa issues is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
